Finding Child Care

So…where do you start when looking for childcare? A great place to begin is the London and Middlesex Child Care Waitlist. Here, you can learn about childcare centres in your area, create an account and also get on multiple wait lists quickly and easily, including with us. You can also access more information at Family Info, a web portal for parents, caregivers that links information on programs, services and resources in the London and Middlesex area for children.

Frequently Asked Questions

Generally, within 3-6 months before you are needing care for your child, we will have an understanding of availability. When we believe there is a good chance a spot is available, we will contact you to schedule a tour of the centre.

We welcome you to reach out the us by phone or email to discuss your placement on the wait list.

A tour of the centre is a critical part in the process of selecting the right centre for your child. Typically, at Arbour Glen, we have families come in for a tour once they are closer to the top of the wait list and also when we believe a space is available. We will contact you to schedule your tour by phone or email.

Yes, Arbour Glen, accepts all children on childcare fee subsidies, as do all centres in London and Middlesex. To apply for subsidy please go to Online Child Care Fee Subsidy Application for the City of London.

Yes, we offer both full-time and part-time spots in all age groups, depending on availability. 

Arbour Glen is open from 7:30 to 5:30 Monday through Friday. We will discuss your particular needs with you when you come in for your tour, and generally we are able to accommodate.

As an existing family, you will be given priority on our waiting list. Keep in mind as well, that to be considered an existing family, you must have your other child at Arbour Glen at least part-time.

Yes, Arbour Glen is enrolled in this system and our fees reflect current government mandates. Please see our Parent Handbook for more information.

Charitable Donations

Arbour Glen is a registered charity with the Canadian Revenue Agency. Our charitable registration number is 89611 0756 RR0001, so all of our donors receive charitable receipts. Any family or individual that donates over $150.00 will have their name engraved on a plate that will be displayed on our plaque at the back entranceway. There are several ways you can donate:
